Database Conversions

Mail-It Plus accepts most any type of file format for both Macintosh and IBM PC.  Partial list of formats accepted:

• .csv (Text – comma separated value)

• .txt (Text – fixed field, tab separated value, etc.)

• .dbf (dBase 2,3,4,5 and FoxPro)

• .mdf (Microsoft Access)

• .xls (Microsoft Excel and all Spreadsheet programs)

• .doc (Microsoft Word and all Word Processing programs)

Digital Mail Merging

Mail-It Plus creates personalized letters, flyers and other documents on our high-speed digital printing equipment.  Our graphics department can “drop-in” logos, signatures or graphics as needed on the printed piece.
